"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Okay I am sick of ON whey. I've had every flavor for the last year and a half a billion times. I want to throw up.

I see Trueprotein.com as a good choice but I am confused on what to order. You have to choose the whey...i get that. But do I choose sweetners...or plain. Anyone have any suggestions on flavors or anything like that?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Whatever you like!
You can ask them for samples, if you make an order generally.

SAN protein is good stuff, Volumass chocolate is nice.

Never bought from trueprotein.com, but sweetened stuff all tastes disgusting to me.

Do you want something you can just mix with water and drink straight up, or something you wanna add in food? Whey tastes like **** because whatever artificial flavorers that are used taste like ****. Thus I can't recommend any flavor in all honesty.

If you get plain you get more options of flavoring it yourself if you wish to, and you can randomly mix it with your food and not have it mess with the flavor too much.

So try getting plain?

Ahhh you have hit the stage I did.

I only use flavourless whey in stuff like OJ etc nowadays...

Flavoured stuff makes me want to heave.

I always get the flavourless stuff because I figure a protein drink that's supposed to taste like fruit punch probably tastes nothing like that at all. I mix the shake with juice crystals (sugarless), it tastes like the juice itself except a little bit thicker and worse, but still alright.

I use gemma vegetable (mostly pea) based protein instead of whey from trueprotein. It is mixed sources of incomplete proteins to form complete proteins. It's something like 95% bioavailable and if i remember right it's more like 98.

It's way cheaper and is better for everything except immediately postworkout since it's slower digesting apparently on par with egg protein from what i've read.

Actually i haven't had any whey in about 4 months.

Oh and what would be comparable to ON Whey is going to be mostly whey concentrate with some isolate mixed in.
