Trouble Getting Over Ex GF

Hi guys
I am suppose to go out on a date this Thursday with a girl that lives in the same town as my ex gf. The problem I am having is that I have not gotten over my ex gf yet. We broke up in March of this year. Every time I think about this date and where she lives I think about my ex. What can I do? Do I just blow this date off and work on my issues or just go ahead and go on the date?

i had the same problem, in january. i met another woman and it was somehow feeling different. it was unusual to meet a strange woman,to see another female face,where you once saw the fac of your ex gf. just continue to meet different woman,you will get used to it and the more often you meet other woman,the better you will feel.trust me!

just don't sit there and fall in self pitty etc.

go out and move it! she is past and gone,there are others waiting for you.

Do not blow off the date. The only way to get over your ex is by seeing other women. Or keeping busy with things you like doing to take your mind off it. Yeah, it sucks but, you must over come it!
