"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

i read something by pook that you should treat girls like guys when talking to them. my question is, how far should i go? like should i be calling her dude and stuff? and some examples of what would be "guy stuff" would be nice..... i'm just looking for some guidelines.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

^^ what the fvck is that ****, stop being a troll.. if you arent gonna contribute then dont waste bandwidth.

to the original poster: dont take everything that everyone has to say literally. If you take it literally then you would be talking about the new lamborghini or how big your porno collection is.

I think the meaning behind it is there to help you talk/treat girls, be as open and real as you would to your best guy friend, rather than going "EEK its a girl!! what do i do!?!?!?"

Some girls might appreciate that(tom boys) but like I said, dont take it literally

You don't refer to girls as if they were guys...but you don't try to change the things you talk about or get all nervous with them just because they are girls.

Ok, what pook meant by that is that you should not be AFC around them, you should treat them as if they were your guy friend, your good guy friend. She's not special person, and until she proven herself to you, she isn't. Treat her like you'd treat your guy friend, that's all it means. (VS. a pretty chick AFC meets and his ears start flapping like on a retard)

Now, you get these WTF responses here is because of who replied to you have no idea of pook, he's in DJ bible, means they never read it. And you got one female, which gave her perspective on things, which is very similar to the actual meaning of what you are asking and what pook trying to say.

I suggest, since you're a smart Asian guy, search over network for David DeAngelo, there are plenty of PDF and movies you could read and watch. It will set you much more streighter than DJ Bible, which you should read too. All PUA material is pretty much the same, it's for you to get into PUA state of mind, they aren't techniques.

Man **** Pook.

Does anyone know who he is,what he looks like,if he's succesful?

What type of drugs are people on in this site "treat a girl like a guy",yeah they find basketball, watching wrestling, lifting weight and drinking cheap beer exiting..

Please...

And even if it you mean it like in a "how you talk to her/body language/etc"..she's just gonna think you're immature or not really interested..

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
