“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys,

I was just wondering about this subject. I normally train at lunchtime (bless flexitime), but might change to this for a while for miscellaneous reasons.

Do many people here train shortly before sleeping? What are the ramifications?

I run right before going to bed, myself. Peaceful, testosterone-filled dreams ensue.

The rub, though, is that you have to "run-run": you can't just "jog"; I'm talkin', "Sprint uphill until you feel like dying, then go run at 6-minute mile pace to the next hill so you can spring up it backwards, then run some more, following that by more running"-type running. ("RUNNING", if you will.) Kill your body until it begs for sleep :)

I normally just do sprints until I pass out, wherever it be... Then the next morning I'll wake up, sometimes on a track, sidewalk or freeway and then walk home.

Good question,

I'm not a morning person at all and over the last year and a half, I've been training at around 10pm.

I've heard it's better to train in the AM before breakfest and after a snack since your body is in a different state.

However, I've seen great gains so far and it works for me!

I used to train in the evening. It is not the best time to train because after working out you won't get any sleep to soon. And sleep is very important for progress.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

While I don't think it's great to exercise before bed since it takes some time for the body to wind down, it's better than no exercise at all.

If it's the only time you can fit into your schedule, then do it.
