You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Yeah I saw a couple of those. Agree.PairPlusRoyalFlush said:I havent but I did watch Dorian Yates video series on bodybuilding.com and found it to be very good.

Dorian Yates trained far more often than Mentzer did and focused on heavy as fvck compounds. Doug McGuff is a quack, there's very little real world success of his programs. Were bodybuilding that easy, everyone would be huge.bradd80 said:Danzy, I'm interested to hear why you'd say this.. Mentzer did die of a heart attack and may have used drugs, but his training methods are now being heavily promoted by medical doctors who specialize in muscle growth research.
Here's one of the articles:

His HIT system was also used by Dorian Yates, who went on to win 6 consecutive Mr. Olympia titles.
I think heart problems ran in Mentzer's family, his dad died of heart problems and so did his brother. But I don't think this should take away from the efficiency of his training methods.
Mentzers HIT is a really poor way to train for a natural. Muscle protein synthesis peaks at about the 24 hour mark, and almost returns to baseline at the 36-48 hour mark. Which means the muscle has recovered, and is ready to be stimulated again.bradd80 said:Danzy, I'm interested to hear why you'd say this.. Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
