Too tired to workout!

Hi all,

I used to workout every day for a year (about 2 years ago!). But nowadays i feel like ive no energy to even lift a weight!

I get mentally and physically exhausted at the start and then i just cant go on! Any ideas why this is so?!

I agree with this...also make sure you are getting enough sleep and working every body part only once per week...also try to have a free/chill day once a week....where you don't do any cardio or lifting...

Take a week off of training, then when you come back pop some caffine before your workouts, 200 mg are real good they give you a good kick of extra energy also try drinking gatorade during your workout to replenish glucose.

And start working out just every other day.
