"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've come to a stage in my life where I've grown more and more introvert. Basically because woman are hypertrophy and I just can't imagine myself being the best they can get. There is always someone better than me that they could be with.

I see a girl I like and immediately think "yeah well you're just a ****". It has gone terribly, terribly wrong and I feel like it's only getting worse.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

That's called becoming bitter. Salty. Sour grapes. This is bad.

That is instantaneous negative thinking rather than value assessment and is the kind of thought process that gets you stuck on places like 4chan making "feels threads" or skipping blue pill and going straight to black pill.

When you see a girl, you should be able to see her negative qualities and positive qualities, and decide how to act from there, rather than see a girl you like and assume the worst or tag her instantly as low quality.

Not saying you have to get to know every arched-eyebrow prada-bag ***** you meet, most of them are low quality, but you should treat it like you seeing a brand of bread you don't like at the store, with apathy. Apathy > Dislike.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

you eventually get over that, your hatred will subside but your libido is everlasting.

Think of yourself as compared to a 5-10 dude moving average. That's about the extent of most women's memories.

You don't have to be the best she can get. All you have to do is be the best among the past 5-10 guys she's interacted. That should be pretty easy, especially if you increase your shots on goal.

And once you've "got her" your next job is to find a better girl before she finds a better guy.

The more you play, the better you get, and the higher "quality" woman you'll snag, AND you'll increase the size of your average (the number of dudes in her memory that you score better than) from say, 10 dudes, to 100 dudes, etc.

This post was revealing. So if a woman is exposed to attention daily on social media, OLD, or in person with many suitors it's harder to leave a lasting impression because of the high turnover rate. I.e. she's outgoing, ultra extroverted, "free-spirited", likes heaps of attention. A DJ would then have to be her best option, indeed. That's why I feel like scarcity or withdrawing attention to maintain respect, honor, and mystery doesn't hold the value like it used to (welcome to input here).

A DJ can't control the high volume of male attention she gets. The best he can do is control his frame, continue self-improving, and spin plates. If she knows she gets more opposite sex volume than the one she's with, she'll soft next early. It just seems to be the nature of the game with respect to the power struggle dynamic in SMV.

I like the idea of hooking the plate and keeping options aggressively open before the plate finds a monkey branch to jump to first.

All's fair in love and war. Women are programmed to act that way without thinking. Men need to consciously get into the habit of doing it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Seriously... who they hell socially programmed us men to not spin plates and devote all our time, energy, love into one person who's only concerned with weighing her options at all times?

Is it possible for everyone to become a DJ or at least better with woman? I mean, I have an abnormal low self-esteem, I barely can look anyone in the eye because I think I'm hideous. This is a vicious circle because I can't hold conversation, have no social skills,...

I discovered this site 4 years ago, in that time I have gotten nowhere, and in fact got worse.

None of us are "the best a woman can get".
I see it as a bit different. We are the best a woman can get, but much of the time the woman realises it much too late. By the time she sees value in us, she's old, ugly, and we have moved on. It's not often that a woman can be satisfied with her man, but it does happen. You just need to get in early enough and have all the cards fall perfectly into place for it to work.
