Sounds like you fvcked up because you weren't enough of a challenge. If you felt you weren't getting the kind of vibes you wanted from her early on, instead of asking her if she wanted to see you "mack other girls" you should have just went on ahead and did it.
Also, putting your hard d!ck against her without first kissing, hugging, etc first is a big nono IMO. You probably made her feel like a wh0re by allowing your tipsyness to shine through.
Also, you're correct in saying you messed up by apologizing and soon after telling her how pretty she is, blah blah. That's completely AFC behavior to the 5th power! On top of that you called her back again after she pretty much dissed you saying you hit on her too much and telling you "No" for a date by implying that she's tired.
Only way to salvage something like this is to just completely ignore her. If she likes you the least bit or is desperate enough she might hit you up, but don't be surprised if she doesn't. If you keep initiating contact with her from now on she'll just think you're a chump without any other prospects.
Also, did you pay for her drinks? If you did that's also a nono especially when she invites you out.
