“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Many times the question has been asked, tips on getting a strong jawline, toned/tight face, but nothing concrete so far.

Recently, I've been hanging out with a group of swimmers and I notice 80% of them have a very nice facial build. Do you think that's just a coincidence, or is swimming something we should look into?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Swimmers just tend to be cut and lean. Therefore there's less of that pudgy fat on their face so you can see their facial structure more clearly.

I don't think testosterone plays a big role in defining your facial structure because many bodybuilders i know don't have a nice face.

Exercise certainly plays a part in toning which is what i'm trying to discuss. In previous threads, it was concluded that exercising will lower your bf and give you a more lean face, but you can't selectively tone down your facial fats.

Many athletes I see still have a rather pudgy face, most swimmers on the other hand do not. Coincidence?

Yes.

There is no link between swimming and masculine jawline. What are you supposing causes it? Chlorine?

Testosterone and bodyfat percentage alone will determine the prominence of your jaw line.
