"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

To the whiny sore losers who are lubing their anuses with Vaseline to commiserrate on behalf of Seattle, Indianapolis, Baltimore and Pittsburgh fans, along with writers for ESPN and NFL.com who predicted a Steelers win, and who want to talk about ball pressure and 4 game suspensions: you are a bunch of f*cking stupid assh*les. The Patriots are back in the Super Bowl. F*ck you.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

I don't care too much for NFL football, but I must say that I love watching teams like New England win. They are managed very well. Not flashy, and they just execute football, the way it was meant to be played. None of the bling blind crap. Also, I love the way Belichek treats the media. Feed them sh*t, keep them in the dark.

The Patriots have definitely set new standards for cheating, but it doesn't matter, because their owner is buddies with the commissioner.

When the Jets visit Foxboro, they take all their trash home with them, because they are convinced Belichek will have it searched to try and find useful information. He's classy like that, kinda like the fan who pulled the fire alarm at 3 am at the Steeler's hotel the night before the game. The Patriots have a culture of sleaze.
