"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

My friend (and I do mean my friend, not me) got shot down by another girl, and he was so depressed about it it was saddening, and I'm not the type to get "sad" over stuff. He was talking to my other friends girl and was saying stuff like "I know I'm not good looking and all, but I just don't get why she doesn't like me".

I really badly wanted to tell him about this place and about "The Game" and other things, but he really can't keep his mouth shut, and last time I tried to get a friend to be my wingman and learn this stuff with me, they all were like "Dude, thats wierd and nerdy!" and ****, so I don't really want to tell em about it, lol.

Oh well, the guy thinks I'm an ******* anyways, so it won't hurt to do nothing, but it won't help either. I guess I'll let him find out on his own like I did.

Lol, well thats my rant for the day.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I've been in the same position.
A guy I knew did not understand NOTHING at all about girls - he was being the nice guy and he constantly got told off by girls in front of my face. Last week, he was trying to develop rapport with this girl a year younger than us - and he got shown down when the girl said, "I have a boyfriend." And he just became silent and took that comment to the face instead of using that to say something ****y/funny.
I told him some tips - however, I regret it. Do NOT tell him about this site, no offense. From what it sounds like, you guys are both in high school.. it might make him disregard you. I know it did that for me. I would never tell anybody in real life about a site I visit, but I help a lot of guys out.. and when I helped him out, he ended up telling a lot of other girls some advice I told him, which was NOT the best thing ever - it was really bad actually.
Than I had people calling me a player, etc. Keep some information to yourself, give him some advice, but the rest.. he has got to figure on his own. I guess it all comes down to how much of a good friend he is to you - obviously this guy that I knew was not such a great friend, since he started BS talking about me and started talking about our private conversations in front of potential dating partners of mine.
Good luck.
