"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hello all! I have been a frequent lurker on the boards. I have gotten a lot of good insight from many of you. I will try to keep this as short as I can.

I met this chick about 6 months ago. I asked her out and she accepted but threw in the "I'm not interested in anything serious right now" line. I ended up not following through with a dinner date. That line led me to believe low interest.

I ended up going no contact for a few weeks after that. One night out of the blue she hit me on text and wanted me to meet her at a bar with her friends. I was actually with another plate when she texted. I ended up meeting her later that night. I get to the bar and we had a nice conversation. She got up to do something and said she would be right back.

She was gone for 20 min and I got up and left. She started texting asking where I was. Anyway I wasn't going to sit there and wait.

We did end up with one dinner date a few months later and it went well. It didn't actually feel like a date though. Out text messaging isn't very good. At times she seems interested and other times she doesn't. I have offered to meet her a few times and it never panned out.

One day she started texting me about how she wanted to go on vacation. I got the feeling she was about to invite me. I steered clear of it. A week later she just came out with it. She invited me to take a tropical vacation for 7 days.

I am a little perplexed with the invitation. If she wanted to hang out with me why not go on a date? All the sudden she wants to go on vacation with me? She said we can split the costs 50/50. She was all stoked about it. I was entertaining the idea with her. She was texting everyday for a few days asking about it.

What is the angle here?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Think about it: if you were interested in a girl, wouldn't you seek an opportunity to meet her and have something sexual going on?
This goes both ways.

You're clearly just a friend to hang out with. She's inviting you to that vacation because noone else will go.

I have a similar thing going on, but I'm not going in that vacation for HER, but to have fun and to fvck some slvts.

I had the same thing happen, it means jack shıt. She'll invite you just for kicks, to have a large group to go with. I say her interest is low to none in seeking a sexual relationship with you. Time to delete her off your phone. Should of told her to go fück herself after leaving you sitting at the bar for 20 minutes. Where was she, blowing some dude in the bathroom??? GTFOH!

I should have known better than to even consider going on that trip. Thanks for the solid advice! NEXT

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
