“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

To the older guys here, how does alpha and beta look like with age?

But in that sort of a hierarchy of alpha male vs beta male, how does that distinction look like with age?

I think you're equating success with being alpha.

Star quarterback isn't alpha because he's the star quarterback. More likely, he's the star because he first exhibited alpha traits and then rose to the top of his game AND used his nature and accomplishments to get puszy. Success alone doesn't make you alpha. Is Bill Gates an alpha? Nope, he's a nerd for life. I think it starts with an attitude and manifests in what you do with it.

When you get older 35+ alpha to me means having a life you love. A lot of people I know 35+ no longer enjoy life. They have a job they hate, or too busy with kids, etc... If you have a zest for life then you are ahead of so many people. It's important to do things close to your heart.

Excellent advice. I think that's why it's so important to keep up hobbies and start new ones the older you get. Neuroplasticity is key to keeping your brain young and healthy.

Neuroplasticity: The brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections throughout life. Neuroplasticity allows the neurons (nerve cells) in the brain to compensate for injury and disease and to adjust their activities in response to new situations or to changes in their environment. I just started learning the guitar again after a sixteen-year absence in my mid-30s. I wish I had never stopped. Thankfully, with age and maturity, I have the patience to sit down and learn everything there is to know about the guitar and practice techniques and reading tablatures. I try to practice an hour+ a day while attending weekly lessons. I can't wait to hear what I sound like a year from now. I started making monthly video clips of a song or technique, so a year later I can stitch it together and make a video to show friends and family.

Also, do you ever find yourself in a room with someone that is charismatic or radiating good energy? The man/woman is excited about life in general. Maybe it's a happy relationship they are in, career, hobbies, etc. there's something about them that draws people to them. It's zest for sure.

As you age?

Alpha is healthy, financially independent, thin and drug-free.

Beta is sickly, on welfare, overweight and on meds.

those things arent constrained to age

plenty of young people who are sickly, on welfare, overweight, and definitely on meds.

Alpha is always living life to the degree which makes you happiest and feel the fullest enrichment of life. Sticking to your guns is alpha, helping the weak and the poor is alpha...standing up for whats right etc. those kind of virtuous things are alpha. self sacrifice and positivity, also building yourself to be the best possible you at all times. physically being in as peak condition as possible and just treating your body like a temple. the golden rule, respecting people and property etc etc. just the basic common sense courtesy that alot of people dont have. those things are alpha.

I am now officially old having just turned 50 [but I have a youngish look I am told].

Here is how the old man coffee shop 'game' looked like today. I go into the café with my laptop and set up shop. A cute 26 year old [where are the 36 year olds!?] sits at the table next to me, and seated at a angle conducive to eye contact. She gets out a book and starts reading. I don't completely ignore her, but let her know with a quick glance or two that I have both registered her presence and am underwhelmed by it.

Fast forward twenty minutes, I look over solidly, she gives me a smile, I ask her how the book is. She invites me to her table and we talk for thirty minutes... mostly about her of course. I'm thinking this girl is too much for me as talking all sorts of sexy innuendos. She teases me about my age, and we joke about sugar daddies. Anyway, I hang in there, get the number, and arrange to meet next week.

Even though [or because] she is a hottie, I'm not too concerned whether I see her again or not. She showed more interest in meeting me than vice versa. Perhaps it is a casual attitude toward beauty that beautiful women are attracted to. Personally, I like the less hot and more demure woman.

Its hard to give an defintion given that anyone has his own idea.

Personally I believe there are two dimension, the first one about your position among others while the second you condition itself.

If your social position is high enough or you are strong enough (not necessarily physically) to be free from outside forces you can be an alpha.

On the inside you have to be confident and in peace with yourself and free to live the way you want, wheter is playing videogames the whole day or sky diving.

Its not the action itself but the point it comes from.

A guy who hits clubs cause his promoter job forces him to run every night is no alpha no matter how many hot girls he bang compared to a guy who willingly goes to sleep early alone every night cause it fits his purposes and few months after has a top athlete body and get that girl he wants untill he wants her.

Money? sure its a benchmark but again it depends where they come from and at what cost...are you working a crappy job you hate every day and get 5k euros per month? no thanks
Better to me to do something you like and are good at and get just half of that money but enjoying you life overall.

The 40yo old alpha has his life in order. He can afford to buy what he wants when he wants. He lives life on his own terms. He is a little self-centered. He doesn't put up with much flak from females and he burns thru many.

The 40yo beta can't afford to buy what he wants when he wants. He buys "things" for women to win their affection. He hangs out with females that he isn't fuhking. He struggles to acquire women. He still believes women are sweet innocent things.

I also don't think money really matters. It's really about if you live life the way you want to, with the control you want, and if you enjoy it.

I don't have much money. I work part time. The rest of the time I do art. It's a choice. I love every day of my life. Love getting up and doing projects I love. I have time, which, to me, is more precious than having money to buy material goods.

Those high School hierarchy continue to exist but most of those guys don't end up successful.

No we don't. Who said the football team captain got all the girls? I didn't play football and I got girls.

What difference does it make? OK, the CEO is "alpha". OK, the movie star is "alpha". OK, the regular accountant is "beta". How does it help you if someone is alpha or beta in the adult world?

Just go do what you want and be careful not to get screwed.

Ha, for some reason I found this statement funny. Good post though, shows that younger women can be attracted to older men. Sometimes I get the impression they think they're doing us a favor lol.

The football captain doesn't get ALL the girls, but he has a wider choice of options than most. I think that's how the alpha/beta thing works mostly in the modern age (and as people get older as well). Alphas are largely situational alphas. If they're really dominant types, they may be alpha in a large variety of situations: on the football field, at the party Saturday night, with the muscle car he drives every day to school, at the part time job he goes to after, etc.

Because I want to be at the top of that hierarchy but it is tough to do when I do not even know what it looks like, you should step outside more neckbeard.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Be the best at something.
If you can't do that, do what you are best at.

Bro you are making no sense.

Why is it tough to get to the top if you don't know what it "looks like"? Unless you are you a rich prince picking your wife or a famous director picking your female lead, no one is going to show you what the top "looks like" because you "want to know." No one cares bro.

That's like saying "I want to sleep with the top Hollywood actress but it is tough when I haven't met her parents first." You are blaming the other party for not giving you what you want. That is a victim mindset.

Instead of your victim mindset, be great and let other people put you at the top of their hierarchy because you are so great.

Come on men. :)

Your comparison sucks.

It is more like show me where the actresses hang out so I can go game them rather than meeting parents.

I have actually never cared about this sort of stuff till college where I learned being in the right fraternity and all that stuff matters.

I want to get a picture of it of the adult world, not some nonsense about how even a neckbeard MGTOW is supposedly alpha lol.

As you get older alpha becomes simply not giving less of a fvck and living a life as close to your ideal of perfection as possible.

That and lots of disc golf.
