"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

My late 30's were good, but my forties to date have been excellent.

It is true that maturity brings wisdom (well it has to a certain extent with me), and having some better finances and prospects hasn't hurt either.

I too have noticed younger woman actively pursuing me compared to my late 30's even.

A while ago I dated a woman who was 25 years younger than me. And yes, I loved every minute of it :) Well, most minutes (not the princess hissy fit bull**** tho).

I have been told I am above average looks (not model stuff), I really look after my physique, and am quite outgoing. I have thinning hair and a more rugged type look.

So far, I am enjoying having the years on rather than off...

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

From everything I've seen, most guys are most successful between mid 20's and early 30's. You have some guys that do best early and lose their edge and looks by 30. Then you have others that look 10 years younger and seem to do good past their 40's.

Being older is great. I'm just getting better at this year after year.

You have to play the game differently now than you did when you were 26. But it's okay. I'd look out of place hanging out at a dance club. I met my current FB / FWB at my yacht club.

The only thing about being in your 40's and beyond is that if you don't have your life together, you're not going to be competitive.

You need to have the job, the car, the bachelor pad, the discretionary income, the clothes (custom shirts FTW), and the physique. Women have more expectations of you, but if you can meet those expectations, you will be miles ahead of the 20-nothings.

Start NOW and get it together by the time you're my age. It's soooooo worth it.

My prime regarding women was probably when i was 25-26. That was the first time i was able to get a high quality woman and make her my gf. Probably atleast 2 points above me in terms of attractiveness, a solid 9. At that age i was happy, funny and ambitious. I had a lot of confidence and self esteem. I would pull plenty of chicks before that, but never the ones i really wanted.

After turning 30 my life is better in all other aspects, minus the women part. I have my own bachelor pad, a decent job that pays about 90k a year, great social circle and i've been hitting the gym for almost a year and i am probably in my best physical shape to date. I also dress better. Bad stuff is that i'm short (5,7-5,8), hairline is receeding and my game is rusty. I'm currently taking a break from women and focusing on other issues. I'm trying to quit relying on alcohol and quitting my binge drinking. This has the highest priority in my life now. So far so good.

I hope the 30's are as good as they say.

Physically at 50. My appeal to women over 25 (and some under) is still going up because I'm in shape, play music better than ever, and don't care about the outcome.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
