How did you initially interact with her? How did it work out? How did you reel her back in? Just want to know how to go about it incase I want to try one more time.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Don't chase her. She has to come to you. Other than that no idea. I would just forget about her. You will find better. How did you initially interact with her? How did it work out? How did you reel her back in? Just want to know how to go about it incase I want to try one more time.
I have the same thoughts somrtimes. Why are you upset? Love? Probably not. Its the rejection. At least it is for me. I think about my ex and thank god i didnt marry her. She has more red flags than a red flag company. Think of her negatives. Mine has plenty. There are more women. Better women in front of you. Forget her. Its hard but we have all had to do it. Heed the advice given. Dont try to go back. Its over. Better things ahead. How did you initially interact with her? How did it work out? How did you reel her back in? Just want to know how to go about it incase I want to try one more time.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
You have to go in with the right mind set and don't give a crap. Hard to do. She has to come to you. She does the chasing you make the rules. You have to be over her to do this. Its easier to just move on. Why put yourself through more possible heartache? I think it can be done when many years have passed and you start from square one. Like a previous poster said.Funny, but I am just in this situation. A few observations that are from my perspective only. I reunited with my special snowflake after her current guy got caught by her doing drugs with another woman. Long story short: We have been seeing each other pretty intensely for the past month. I find myself walking on eggshells around her and playing the fool just to make her smile. Last night her daughter decided that I wasn't right for mom and sent a text basically telling my ex to chose between herself and me. Well guess how that went... Anyway, listen to the other posters. You can get her back, but let me tell you it will be at the price of your dignity and self worth because she will own your ass. Life is way to short for that kind of servitude. Do yourself...and her a favor before any more life goes by and walk the hell away.
My last attempt was a graffiti that me and friend made near her house
WTF???? Did you two go out defacing property together?she sprayed a 4 word dedication in a wall near the graveyard
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
