“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

It's a badly-kept secret.
Almost everyone has a six pack.

But what most people want is a VISIBLE six pack. So think about it for a second... what's the difference between the fat guy who does 100 sit ups every second day but seems to have no six pack, and the model who rarely works out and has a six pack that could cut glass?

The fat guy is... FAT!

The model is... SKINNY!

If you want a damn six pack, reduce you body fat! That means consuming less calories.

Put simply - eat less.

[Note: Treat abs like any other muscle. They should not be trained every second day for 100 reps. They should be worked for one set to failure, then allowed to recover - for more than a day or two! - and then, when your reps or poundages improve, your abs will get bigger and stronger.]

For the lazy man, here's the equation for getting abs:

Consume less (calories) + train abs occasionally = Visible abs.

I think what he means is eat less calories, not eat less food =)

Where is calories found? Which foods has the most calories? I've read some food labels, and their amounts don't really tell me much (since I'm not too experienced with food).

Ok, I'm not advocating calorie counting or starving youself, I'm just giving advice based on common sense, experience, and observations.

Generally I'd take Diesel's fitness advice over mine, but it's really up to you.

I haven't read what Diesel has to say.

But logically, to have a visible six pack, you need to have low body fat. To reduce your fat, you eat fewer calories.

i read from sources that u have to keep ur calorie count low for abs...but then u have to keep ur calorie count high for muscle gain.

so...im assuming u can't really work at defining GREAT abs at the same time while aiming for mass gains?

Yes.

When you're bulking up, often your abs will blur or disappear.

Yep.

Take no shortcuts.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
