"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Nice Guy, along with Mr. AFC rush to me and shout:

Oh! But she ... NEXT HER!
But ive always ... NEXT

When in doubt NEXT.

Shout it!! NEXT!

But REALLY!! She ... NEXT

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I'd say this is true... to a point.

If a girl plays games, withdraw. This doesn't necessarily mean to NEXT, but to leave her wondering if you NEXTed her or not.

Then, if she begs you to come back, and her behavior has improved, give her another chance.

When she pulls away, YOU pull away further.

I would agree, you can next a girl for bad behavior... have her call back and then continue where you left off...

The next isn't soo much never talk to them again... it just means don't pursue them anymore...

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Exactly!
When we Next someone, if there was any IL, it will create the challenge effect. AND it will improve our selfesteem because when we next we are nexting negative energy around us.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I do this but it doesn't really do anything besides creating distance. Can you visualize this too? I just immediately cut off contact right away on the first voicemail not returned or a date cancelled. I just treat others how they treat me. Sometimes I think persistence is a worthless effort because dating and relationships is a two way thing, it should never be one way. You call, she calls. You setup date, she goes.

Withdraw, same as NEXTing.

We've got memory, so we remember her when she's changed and calls us/emails/etc.

In the mean time, NEXT!!!
