"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hey boys and girls.

Just looking for a second opinion on nexting a current acquisition. My wing doesnt think I should next her.

Basically....Saturday night im sitting in my local pub and im board out my head. Sh!t entertainment. So i see if i can get anywhere more intresting. Had a missed call from one of the girls im currently on terms with. So i ring her back and shes in town. She offered me to come out and join them. I said i will think about it (I had already started to leave but didnt want to seem too eager). Text her 10 mins later saying i was heading in....She didnt text back but then she never has credit.....

Got into town....About 15 miles.....Gave her a call. "Oh we are heading home now". I offered her a lift as I drove in expecting to take her back to mine. She declined saying she was tired....

Basically. She asked me to come to town then as soon as i got there she left.....I didnt even see her. I cant see any reason why I should put up with that sh!t?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

other night was ALMOST the clincher, she invites me out to meet her but I couldnt make it for awhile because one of my good mates was leaving the state and having a going away party.

I rock up alone at the club shes at and not 20 minutes later she says "got to go home, mums got a migraine" wtf at 3:40 in the morning.

Don't get stuck on this one... next her. There are lots of girls out there. Trust me. I took my brothers gf out and a bout and asked her to watch for who looks at me. I was quite happy with the reality that a lot of women were looking at me. Three months later I found a good gf. Wait it out... and find a good one.

Why does your wingman say you shouldn't next her?

Personally I would be ripping, you drive a 30 mile round trip after she asked you to come out. You texted that you would be going and she didn't make it a point to tell you not to come even though she asked you in the first place.

Did she even apologise?

That said - nexting her might be an overreaction - if you really like her then don't but make sure she knows how angry you where. If you have other (better) options then just move on.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

True. As we all know it, women are often total idiots with no sense of time keeping, direction, or logic.

So just like a dog, make it very clear that you are not happy with her behaviour and punish her but give her the opportunity to make it up to you.

Honestly, what happened to you happens to so many guys ALL the time. When you finally f-close her, make sure you shoot it in her eye. Trust me, it will make you feel a whole lot better about the situation.
