"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Hi guys,

Been reading a lot of stuff here lately and its been a good help. I am in a sort of a dilemma. So I met this girl online not too long ago, and we already had a first date (getting her to give me her number was already a pain to begin with). Anyways, after our first date, i knew I liked her since we share so many things in common. However, after the date, I noticed she started playing phone and text games. In any case, I already had a suspicion that she may be playing the field (which is true for a lot of people) and I may not be her first choice. So I asked my buddy's gf who is a mutual friend of hers and mine (i found out our mutual friends after adding her on FB) if she can tell me more about her. Apparently, they went to highschool together and apparently she was a good girl turn slut in highschool and in the beginning of uni. However, she's not sure now as she might have changed. Now that I know she used to be a slut and potentially could still be one, I am slowly considering abandoning my route to making her my gf and instead choose the route of "a girl I shouldnt take seriously and just have fun with".

Currently, she still playing these games with me, and if I do want to bed her at some point (if i do choose route B), I need to somehow even the playing field. Any ideas?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Sounds like you are chasing her. If you invite her out and she doesn't want to go then no point in keeping to chase. Just leave it and maybe touch base with her in a few weeks if you are really keen but why put in the effort to just "have fun with".

I guess you could say, i dont like it when im getting played lol. And the thing that gets me is she made it seem as if she's innocent and all and blatantly told me she doesnt sleep around (i forgot how the conversation got to that). Also, she is pretty hot and definitely wouldnt mind getting her to bed. But you're right I should stop chasing for a bit. I was thinking of asking her "do you think a slut will always be a slut?" as a random indirect question to just play some mind tricks on her but i dont think that would be a good idea in hindsight lol.
