"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I am an afc. Ill admit it it. I was dealing with a chick we flirted, showed signs of interest, we agreed to go on a date.Next day she texts me saying she was going to be tired because she works all day. I was fine no problem. So I hit her up couple days later making sure everything is fine and she said dont be nervous, everything is good.Fast forward two weeks later, I see on facebook that she actually went on a date with someone(online dating, wtf?), showing pictures of flowers the dude gave her and, posting "had a great time with a special someone" and ill admit I was effin hurt. So I raged on her, sent her texts saying **** like she didnt take me seriously.Later on the day she says sorry but im getting uncomfortable because I showed my anger. So I was like whatever and said I hope we can still be friends and I think after I said that, she went crazy saying maybe we can be friends but right now I need you to back off because youre making me umcomfortable and I dont appreciate it.

Im tired being a wreck and a chump around girls..and,im trying hard to not develop oneitis for this chick. I need motivation. What can I do?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Canada, eh?
That is completely "normal" for a guy who starts out on here. You usually start with anger then go into depression, and finally ease in into acceptance. Once you have a few of such experiences you will get hardened and cease to care about all this silly nonsense. It's not worth it, nor is it mentally healthy to be preoccupied with this. Just let it go, take a break if you need it, do yourself and most importantly be carefree/lighthearted. P.S. read about the common bullish!t women say and eject when they try to pull a stunt on you. "I am gonna be tired" was as a reliable disinterest sign as it could ever be. The proper thing would be to next her or to go ghost on her.....hinting that you had other options.

Learn first to drop women without remorse, regret or emotion. You sould have dropped this one when she flaked on your date. Also don't fall in love with them so fast. You don't trust a girl until you've been on 8-12 dates. During those first dates you don't believe anything she says. You need to make sure they do all the right things. If they show you red flags you walk. End of story.

Never take women personally and definitely don't blow up on them when they pull their predictable games. They're just wasting your time.
