"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

When you do some physical activity, like hiking in the mountains or running, acid builds up within your muscles. You can neutralize this acid by drinking sodim bicarbonate, it is a common food additive, baking soda.

Put a tea spoon into glass of water and drink. It will neutralize acid within your muscles, and you will go further. Burning and painful feeling in your muscles will go away.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Thanks for sharing this tip @backseatjuan. This post is really very helpful for those who do any kind of physical activity. I don’t know about it before this.

What if the issue isn’t that burning sensation but cardiovascular fatigue? Does this still help then or no?
