****ting around where you eat

I work at a shopping mall. This makes me more hesitant and reluctant to approach girls at the mall as what if one of the girls gets offended, recognizes me from where I work, and this winds up negatively effecting me? I have common sense and manners, but still. If I'm having a bad day, and my approach is clearly forced, it could make the girls uncomfortable, and may come around to bite me in the ass

I don't think the fact that you work at the mall is really all that relevant. What I find interesting is what would be so offensive about your approach that it could cause such a problem? All I can imagine is a scenario where a woman gets on the phone:

Man: "Hello?"
Woman: "Is this Epic's Supervisor?"
Man: "Yes, Mam. How can I help you?"
Woman: " Your employee was charismatic, smiled and made me giggle! I'm F*CKING FURIOUS!!!"
Man: "I'm very sorry to hear that mam."
Woman: "I want him FIRED!"
Man "I assure you, Mam, we take these kinds of things VERY seriously. I will personally handle this situation."

lol you're implying I am charismatic? I appreciate it, but tbh I barely even know what "charismatic" means
