“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I used to have a lot of trouble with heavy lifts, especially the deadlift. I'd stand over the weight...hands gripping the cold bar...and i'd loathe picking it up. I was scared I'd get hurt, I was scared i couldn't do it. This is when i was deadlifting at around 240 about 3-4 months ago...it was so heavy at the time. It would take me and my friend like an hour to do the warmups and our 3sets.

Then one day i stumbled upon the famous Ronnie coleman 800lb deadlift http://youtube.com/watch?v=FvuCkPIqQQM

As we all know this guy is beast...but something i noticed he did was that he would get so pumped up before he would lift...he yells and his trainer would get him ready to pull that weight...unlike me who would just stare down at the weight anticipating the pain - cracking jokes with my friend. Maybe occasionly letting out loud farts during the excerise and dropping the weight haha

BUT SERIOUSLY -After i saw that video...I got angry at myself. Here i am, being a pvssy about doing it and this guy loves it. I got so worked up, andreline flowing, maybe a little angry...but to say the least the feeling was INTENSE. When i got to the gym that day it motivated me to walk up to that bar and pull weights i've never pulled before. I'd grunt, heave, and ho. And I started going up to the weights like I never thought i would every week. Pulling pounds that i thought were impossible for me. I now pull 355 for 3x5...

My tip is...just get fvcking PUMPED!! You are about to pull a weight you never pulled before...HOW COOL IS THAT! Remember - You pull the weight...You OWN your progress...You decide how much you're going to conquer in the gym!...Do not be scared of getting hurt! Cause you are not going to...because that weight isn't going to stop you from reaching your goals. Keep that form perfect...and be safe...EAT your carbs and protein everyday- And THEN walk up to that bar or any exercise for that manner with this new found strength. "It's time to RONNIE" as me and my friend say...time to break your previous records. People will see how intense you are...and some will look envious upon you. You can do it...NOW GET OUT THERE AND LIFT HEAVY MEN!!!

Props on the words of encouragement. Yeah, we never progress until we believe that we can do it.
