“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey

Just wondering how long it would releastical take to gain around 21 pounds of muscle?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It would depend on a lot of factors. Your level of advancement and your genetics being the main factors.

I think most newbies can accomplish 21+ within a year to year and half of training. I know I gained over 20 lbs my first year and that was on a ****ty full body workout and not eating the best diet. That's with average to below average genetics.

Now putting into account above average or awesome genetics. You could see some one doing that in half the time. You know someone with full muscle bellies, naturally strong, more free flowing testosterone, big bone structure. Which is probably most of the guys in the nfl and most black people lmao :)

For intermediate and advanced people it will gradually taper down over the years. Some guys with over 5-10 years of training experience get ecstatic when gaining just 5-10 lbs in a whole year.

Again though 21 lbs of dry muscle mass is a lot. Yet 21 lbs of muscle+added glycogen is very attainable for most given they don't eat like pigeons and train using individualized complex movements and isolation movements in a well designed split.

To gain 21 pounds of pure muscle it would take around 4-6 years.

Numbers don't mean much, just go by the look in the mirror.
