Do you mean thats too little time, or to little mass gained. I was only getting like 5lbs per 6 weeks on my old volume split.

I posted a link to this months ago when it was on t-mag. What Haycock says makes sense but then many trainers have different theories. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose. Seems to have worked well for Bodyrock. Fifteen pounds in 6 weeks says it all.
