Where I live it's impossible to impress anyone with a car, because of very rich chinese driving lambos and ferraries. The only way to go about it is to have a hot rod and something that's unusual and has an attitude. Even then, it will get you attention from dudes rather than women. The only difference I have noticed is that when I purchased a 4 door suv I d get more attention form women in their 40s, and I am 31. I have a lifted jeep and it scares kids, before I had a late 60s BMW and young women really liked it.
