"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

A lot of OP's issues with women stem from the fact that he doesn't have his own place.

once you get to a certain age (usually 30+) to a lot of women, this is going to be a turn-off and hamper your ability to keep around hot or quality women long term. against you.
I think the age where women start judging you negatively for living with your parents is closer to 25 than it is to 30.

The negative judgment makes both initial attraction and retention more difficult.

having your own spot, even with a roommate, is very freeing.
Yes, it is. There's even a certain point where women judge a man negatively for having a roommate.
