"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

My one-itis:
- Broke with her LTR (7 years) BF to come with me. Breaks with me after 3 months and goes with i don't know who.
- 7 months after breaking up with me, approaches me again. She was saying she was single. After 2 months of dating (no commited relationship but sex and fun) she stops dating saying that her LTR BF came back.
- 4 months after this ****, she starts flirting with me again. I took no **** and didn't make a move. I Know I could. And now, the good part. She breaks up with her BF (probably for another guy). She tells it to me (emotional tampon). A few days later, her BF contacts me. We talk. She asks me what had happend. I told him everything. I learn that all the time she was dating me (the second time), she was with him (lying *****).
- I make her tell me the truth. She denied everything at first but then she admitted it. She told me that she didn't want to see me ever again. I agreed.
- She calls again and says that things are a bit tense between us now and that we should stop talking- for now. The ***** wants either to leave the door open (so she'll treat me like **** again) or she's afraid that I'll speak to her BF again.

Ok, crucify me. Remember, this is my one-itis. At first, I wanted revenge. Then, I thought that we could be just friends. Now, I know that I'm a looser. A looser banging 2 other chicks. Infatuation? I don't know. Stupidity? YES.
Feel free to give any opinion on the matter and tell me what you would do. Thanks in advance... I feel like ****.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
