"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

So last weekend with an AFC friend of mines. On friday he picked me up to go hang out with some girls he knew in another town. So we drive to the movie theater and we find em, get acquainted and then go in to the theater. I sit next to the girl I want. Throughout the movie I'm busting on her with some C&F and I was getting some good responses. I started discussing with her about relationships, and little bit of sexual side of things but only in fluff talk. Because we were watching Amytiville Horror she was jumpy and sh*t and after a while I told her to grab my hand and she did. We held hands for the rest of the movie and then we brainstormed about what to do and we drove around for a second and then they invited me and my friend to their house and my "girl's" parents let us take them out for a little longer and so we go to the bowling alley for a little and bust on her and KINO her but not too much. Overall the night went good and they wanted to hang out the following night. Sh*t sounded promising huh?........

Saturday(not as long I. promise)
We meet them at the drive in theater and they are in their car and unfortunately a parent was with them. Anyhow they invite us to their car and we're chillin sorta but this time the vibe was totally different. I have some kind of gift of intuition or knowing if I'm not wanted. Well we're like in the back of the car so they could lay in it. The girls laid in it and my friend got in and I was left hanging sitting at the end of the back all uncomfortably and I'm saying hi and stuff to them and trying to convo with the girl but it was weird and different. I decided to go to my car and watch the movie. After the 1st movie ended I drove my car next to theirs and with persuasion from my friend they got in my car but my designated **** sat in the back with my friend and her friend...After 15 minutes of being left out in the cold I told her to come sit with me and she refused! I asked why and she said she was tired and she just wanted to chill. I busted on her some more but she was being a dumb b*tch. I didn't insist on her getting with me any further but I tried to keep my cool because of my friend's tendency to be an immature pervert with girls annoys me. he starts talking to them about the stupidest sh*t you could ever hear. After a while I felt like I was gradually lowering my IQ and remembered why I havent hung out with this guy in 3 years.

I went home broke, sexless and full of shame for hanging out with this loser.

Oh and when i get to f*ggots house he tells me that the girls didn't want me to go to the drive in with him. WHY THE HELL DID HE NOT TELL ME THIS EARLIER!!!!??? I still ponder why this girl got cold though.

The lesson I learned is that when it comes to girls YOU MUST ALWAYS STAY ON YOUR TOES and YOU GOTTA EXPECT THE WORST OUT OF GIRLS EVEN WHEN YOU ARE ON TOP OF YOUR GAME AND THE MOJO IS ROLLIN' BECAUSE ITS THE WAY THEY ARE PERIOD. If you do this, the BS females bring upon you won't be taken so personally. But you always have to know when to stop the BS and go home.

Definately one of the ****tier weekends I've had in recent memory and I'll never sarge with that dumb ass guy ever again..P.S.: they told me that their real ages were 14 and 15 and I'm 18 and that ain't cool.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

WOW. That really sucks.
Oh well. Everyone has their bad days. Its not your fault. If that girl had treated you like she did the other day, it would of been way different.
I know the feeling though. You want to be with a chick. But the "vibe" is all wrong. Nothing you can do about it.
Forget them and move on. Chicks like that aren't worth your time.

ok, so you went to a "scary" movie and the whole time you were talking to her about "sexual fluff". You may have just come on to strong and she was responding hoping she wouldnt hurt your feelings...You might think this is bull****, but i do this to girls that i dont want to get with, all the time.

Your "friend" obivously is not comfortable around girls by himself, otherwise he would have told you not to come with him. Unless, you called him up asking when the date was? but i doubt you did that.

Im not trying to roast on you Darrel, but im just trying let you see it from another angle, i might have just misconstrude how the nght's events fell through

But my take on it, is that its just a big case of overestimation, I have done it many many times, and you just learn from the past.

I just cant get over the fact that they had a parent with them! overprotective, anyone?

sounds like it to me...you made a pretty valid point on the rest of it. you may have came on too strong in the beginning and she was just playing along.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

but I didn't even talk about sex directly. She kinda brough it up first. And the next night at the drive in she broke the record for being the prude with the most knowledge about sexual positions...hmmm.
