"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Women behaviour (at least from my experience) could not be more predictable.

First most women I know have some kind of ADHD, which is aggravated by the fact they are always interrupting what they're doing to check their cellphones, people with ADHD have a really hard time connecting to others, that's why many women just jump from c*ck to c*ck. But, on the other end they are hypersensitive to a guy who just tells them to fvck off and they will become obsessed by him for a long time.

For instance, my ex broke up with me and I went no contact. Women can also handle no contact for longer than most guys, because they have so much attention, but they will eventually come back if you are brutally cold. My ex contacts every 4 months or so, and I never had the initiative to contact her. Although let's say that if hypotetically after three months I contacted her, she would feel her ego boosted, and perhaps would say nothing again, this is how women work.

Also this girl is so attention *****, that if I have some activity on facebook (which is rare), she will say something also. For instance I noticed she commented on a photo on a mutually girl friend we have (they are not even close) a couple months ago (just noticed yesterday), and I just said to myself, I'm sure I did something around that time. In that day I have only made one like at 18:15 (my only activity that day), and her comment was at 18:16. A big coincidence at best since neither of us are very active on facebook...

Women need for attention is just sick....

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

My ex bigamist wh0re "wife" is one real messed up bvtch. Her son is going through a legal battle right now with her trying to take he and his wife's baby. He engaged my help because of my law enforcment background. I did an update background check on her a few weeks ago and obtained a police report from the summer of 2013 where a friend of hers called the cops because she was suicidal. He and her live about 200 miles apart and had been talking on the phone. In the police report, she told the cop that she threatened to kill herself because "I just needed some attention at the time".

SO yeah, WOW. There was nobody there to pay attention to her so she threantened to kill herself? Yep...

Sorry to be off-topic but I'm curious, on what grounds is she trying to take her son's baby away from him?

To me - it doesn't really work. Yes, the women normally come back around and ping you and say they miss you, etc.

But it's normally only a temporary way to hang out one more night (or week) before she goes crazy again.

I also agree with the ADHD thing but would add that social media (dating sites and apps are included in that) plays right into that.

That's why i go no contact for my own sanity.

Women with issues you don't like - can't really be fixed without authentic therapy.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
