I went to a gathering the other night at a clients house, he invited me over for a going away party for one of his friends. Turns out his party was a bust and only 10 ppl showed up. We break out the vodka and jack and a few beers and go to town. One guy shows up with this smoking hot little thing. They both were wasted off their ass. I know him. He's a programmer. Nice guy, but he has a little game. He's been capitalizing on his new job and money to pull skanky hot chics who want to be saved. I'm not mad at him. Play on player.
At one point I have to got the bathroom and she's tying it up primping, so I say, 'move woman, I gotta go' and kick her out. She starts complaining loudly about how mean I am. I overhear the host tell them a story about how I saved his life a few weeks ago.
When I come back, she's giving me the eyes. She sits her ash tray between us and stares at me every time she goes to ash a cigarette. Her date gets up and goes out to answer the phone. She tells me how he's such a nice guy, and is way nicer than I am. And how she usually doesn't date guys like him, but she's getting older (26) and has two kids and needs a father for her children. I pretend to understand completely. Then she grabs my phone and calls her number. She makes off to the bathroom, her date comes back, and she texts me to meet her in the kitchen. I intentionally ignored her text.
Some time later I get up to get another drink, she follows me in the kitchen, all the while giving me the **** me eyes. She tells me I'm trouble and tries to hug and kiss me. I just turn my head and tell her to be good. The rest of the night I ignore her and she keeps texting me. When she hears that I'm an amateur photographer, she texts me pictures of her in bra and panties. I just ignore her. I'm only at the party to pay my client some respect and I end up leaving early as everyone was getting really wasted. After I leave she texts me, saying to call her sometime.
That is how it happens. ****y frame. Social Proof. Aloof *******ry. Hypergamy. Alcohol. Too bad she was only just hot. She was obviously a trainwreck not worth bringing into my life, nor worth hurting social and business connections for.
I ended up talking to the guy and telling him to watch out for that one, he said he knew what she was all about and he just wanted to pump and dump. I'm glad he's not being a chump.
