-100% whole wheat sandwich containing 1 slice of ham 1 slice of turkey
-multivitamin
9:30 am:
-detour bar(450 calories 30g protein 58g carbs 9g sugar)
12:30 pm:
-detour bar(450 calories 30g protein 58g carbs 9g sugar)
3:00 pm:
-2 can tuna
-1 cup brown rice with veggies
-2 tall glass of 2% milk
-1 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast OR 1 cup steel cut oats
4:15 pm:
--WORKOUT
4:50-5:00 pm:
-2 scoop whey mixed with water
-1 vending-machine grape gatorade bottle
6:00 pm:
-1 ham-turkey sandwich 1 slice ham 1 slice turkey
-1 natural peanut butter +jelly sanwhich with 100% whole wheat bread
-1 banana
-yogurt
9:00 pm:
-1 cup cottage cheese
-1 handfull of mixed nuts
10:00 pm:
-BED!
