How about " I am coming over with ice cream. Pie is on you. Better when it's nice and warm." You do not have to reveal your intentions of going over. She already knows it is more than eating ice cream.

How about...

"Hey.. I'd love to spend some time with you, I'm thinking about bringing over some ice cream... you pick the flavor."

Instead of sounding like a jackazz via text.. it don't matter if you don't care about her don't use that as an excuse for texting garbage.
