“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

It's all about control. I thought to myself:-

I will only stop out for four hours. I normally fail as I had that thought when I was soba, after the four hours i'm drunk & having fun & decide to stop out therefore passing my limit & losing CONTROL.

I simply don't like the person I become when I lose control & a few days ago decided to quit the drink.

It defo wont be easy as I really enjoyed a drink. It was a big part of my life & have had great times, but one to many times I have lost control i.e talking shi*, Making a fool of myself. Basically just a different person. It changes people.

Dear Crissco,
no one has responded to your question"What do you mean by finding his days in the cups?"Well perhaps the intent is clearer if you interpret "In the cups"as meaning Boozing the rest means I should say his intentions and ambitions in life...Meaning he wastes his life on the Turps...
As an Aside I drink mostly at home the better part of a bottle of White Wine every night, have been doing that for over fourty years...Still compus mentus and I really look forward to it...I was interested to read an account by Suetonius in his Biography of Julius Caesar that he was considered a "Moderate drinker" taking on board a pint of Wine a night!...Bismarck who was fighting duels in his sixties evidently drank his way through 67.000 bottles of Champagne at his Country Estate.Though I doubt he could hold a candle to Churchill!

Sometimes it's also an age thing.

When I was 24 and bartending... I still didn't know my limits, but quickly grew to know them. Now I know when to stop, when I should be having the drink before the last.

Unfortunately, I network a lot and a lot of networking events are held at bars or lounges. Once I know I am pretty much at my limit, but buzzed enough to lose a lot of my social inhibitions... I switch to club soda and go from there. The one thing I've found it a lot harder to control is my "empty hand syndrome"... to which club soda has fixed considerably.

As to what BB mentioned earlier... you can have the fit body and drink once a week as well. I don't understand why everything needs to be in extremes where you can only do one or the other on these forums.

It's just about moderation, or simply avoiding the situations that will put you in a position to "become an idiot".

you have to understand the mind of an addict/alcoholic. I'm a drug addict. there is no such thing as moderation with me. i'm either in or i'm out.

I say that, but with alcohol i truly can take it or leave it, i chose not to drink. but a real alcoholic, which i think the OP might be, there is no such thing as moderation. as the saying goes, one is too many and 1,000 is never enough. once you start you can't stop.

This is something i don't expect a non alcoholic to truly comprehend, and i get why. lol just stop. it seems so simple.

I went out last night with my friends & drank coke all night.
The majority of people that were drinking were walking about
like zombies. I felt in total control. Long may it last =)

p.s I have nothing against drinkers.

The main difference being that those who don't have the enzyme to handle milk/gluten/peanuts... generally try to avoid that which could cause their body harm.

The problem comes when you see people having a great time while drinking. "dancing in the club, bottles full of bub" that kind of stuff. I've tried quitting, but I'm best with a drink in my hand and girls dancing everywhere. I've weighed the opposite, sitting in a coffee shop talking about the meaning of life. Any way I rationalize it it doesn't work out.

It's tough.
