Does doing this affect your strength and stamina? Cuz the gym I'm in has lots of hot chicks and it turns me on. So is it severe?
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
LOL! Other then slightly less blood going to your muscles because its going somewhere elseROOKIE OF THE YEAR said:Does doing this affect your strength and stamina? Cuz the gym I'm in has lots of hot chicks and it turns me on. So is it severe?
Arnold talking about lifting being like sex was what got me interested in weightlifting long ago ... unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed when I found out it was just his ego talking.Cloud-uk said:Hah hah, I've heard about that video- "I'm cvmming all the time" I think was the quote I got... oh dear Arnie:nono: .
On even more of a tangent I read a great question in Men's Health from some poor bloke that kept ejaculating when he lifts. I know it's at his expense, but that is just so funny...
UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO YOU!![]()

Haha, I normally don't like to make a fool outta myself, but I do something similar. Read somewhere that you can tolerate pain 3 times as much if you think about sex.DJDamage said:I use sex as motivation when I can't life anymore weights.
I usually pick a target some hot chick in the gym and every lift I visualise pumping inside of her and she begs for more and tells me not to be a pvssy and keep at it. It always worked for me.
