"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

No, you have to spin plates before you get oneitis, because it goes a long way in protecting you from the dreaded condition. If you have one option and you fall for her, it's over at that point. No amount of plate spinning or plate breaking or plate anything for that matter will help you at that point.

It happens.

Plate spinning is supposed to help prevent and sometimes cure oneitis.

But it is no guarantee. Sometimes we lose our sh!t over a girl.

Just try to get a handle on yourself, son!! Especially if there's no reciprocation, because it will eat you alive.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

^^^yup - this sh1t isnt an exact science

if it was then we'd have a secret formula and a magic bullet pickup line.

Spinning plates works in theory but the problem arises when some of your plates are far higher quality than the others. If you have a 9 on the go and you're spinning multiple 5s alongside then spinning more plates isn't going to fix the problem.

Unfortunately the only way I can think of improving the situation is to spin more 9s but obviously they're rarer and that's far easier said than done.

When I lost a gal, I always just did something else that I really love, like practice and compete at "combat' style shooting matches, teaching and competing at karate, hunting, backpacking, motorcycle riding, posting on the Net, etc. Realize that people are mortal and changable. Don't have your very life riding on other people, much less on any ONE person. That's insanity/slavery/ suicide in the making, dudes. Fvck all that.

" spinning plates" means " having abundance with girls"

what that means is, you don't care if you see her or loose her because YOU KNOW you will find another.

that's all it means. when guys start out they need something to hold on to because they don't believe in what they are doing yet.

if you told a chode he could get a girl just by going to the club and talking to girls for 5 years straight. he wouldn't believe it. he can't. he doesn't believe it in his reality yet. give him a year in the game after going out for 7 nights a week. he's right there with you

Have to say I think this cure is the single most important advice anyone should take from this site.

Maybe the concept can be interpreted in different ways, but if you have plenty of options or even completely different pursuits all together, no single one will become your primary focus.

When I first found this site I was in deep oneitis with a girl I could not realistically be with for geographical reasons (yes I also work with her but that's a whole different topic!). Now a year later she's back trying to find her way into my head, but this time it's all very different as I watch her becoming a little obsessed while I'm just emotionally detached going about my life. Best thing I ever learned regarding women.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
