"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

this is another thing that's been playing on my mind... when you have the best conversation with a girl and suddenly she just leaves:

her: i better get going. bye.

i didn't even have the chance to say bye she hung up. she sounded so cold when she said bye. is this another female game thing? cause i don't play them. they really kill me girls... i'm happy and having the best time talking to them and then they go do something like that. :cuss:

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

dude if you had a life you would not care about this at all, these girls you are talking to have A LIFE thats why they do that, they dont have time to talk to you ALL DAY LONG if you had a life you would understand this and put the phone down before they did and would not CARE.

Yeah, sucks when that happens.

It's not really a "game" though. YOU were "happy and having the best time". SHE was -- most likely -- bored. That's why she hanged up.

Question: How do you know the conversation was as good for her as it was for you? Besides it's just a conversation; rapport doesn't equate to interest.

That is why the phone could be your greatest enemy. I bet you lost track on how long you were talking and she got bored.

Always keep phone conversations to an absolute minimum.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

well she was laughing and we both liked the same things... it's happened many times... you know the girl enjoys it but she can just leave the conversation so easy. i guess it's because if you're a hot girl you don't have to really care so much knowing you can get probably any guy in the world. so it's never a loss for them.

Like people are saying to you, you are probably just talking for too damn long. I used to make the same mistake too man, and the same thing used to happen to me. Even if they enjoy talking to you a bit, if you drag it on and on and on, they are gonna have to hang up on you man. Keep it short and sweet. (At least until you've fkked them -- but, watch, then it's gonna be YOU who wants to get off the phone.)

Seems like you've answered your own question.

Although, the length of the conversation plays a part when building interest. You shouldn't cut off a conversation before fostering enough interest with a woman. If you do she will forget your name as soon as you get out of sight. You want her to want to see you again, not blowing you off as just another guy with obviously only one thing on your mind.
