theres some girl harassing me at my moms job

its annoying as hell

i dont even know her, she knows my mom (works with her) and knows my brother


now she talks chit about me for last half year and its really really annoying.


i dont even know her thats the funniest part. i checked her FB and she looks like 1/10 seriously. im early 20s shes early 30s.


not sure what to do about this bullying.

im thinking of confronting her and her parents about it what you guys think?

With a little research online you can write up a CEASE and DESIST letter and tell her to stop her DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER or you will take legal action. Then you send it to her attention at work via Certified USMail with the option that she must sign for it herself directly from the mail carrier. You'd be surprised how fast her little hyena chopper mouth will stop after you do this. I'm actually getting ready to draft one for a recent ex who I thought I parted ways with peacefully but just this past weekend I learned otherwise. She is talking some smack about me that is unacceptable and its getting back to my ex wife who I have a great parenting relationship with and I don't appreciate it. The most important part though is that if you draft one of these and the sh|t continues, you have to be willing to go through with it and actually sue her. The courts will take these cases seriously I have done it before. But 95% of the time the letter will stop it.
