"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado [Merged Thread]

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/07/20/several-reportedly-dead-injured-after-shooting-at-colorado-movie-theater/

I see this kind of sh1t and can't help but be disgusted. WTF is going on in this world brothers? This fvckin guy will probably plead insanity and our millions of tax dollars will be spent defending his worthless a$$. I say shoot HIM in the fvckin head and save us all the grief.

I have had my wife's 2 grandsons over for the last two days. Their mother is the welfare poster woman of the year. Her husband abuses her in evey way but she refuses to leave. I'm just going insane. Welfare, entitlement mentality, baby daddies, crime, you name it!

I bought the 15 yr old a mountain bike yesterday afternoon. He needs it for transportation. He's been applying for jobs. What is more wholesome than that? Cooked 'em both dinner last night and had a wonderful time. Then I get up and read that some loser shot a bunch of people at a Batman movie! Fvck!

When is this country and the world for that matter gonna wake up? The traditional family institution is going to hell in a handbasket and we as a society do not deal with deviant behavior head on which simply promotes more of the same.

I'm sorry my feminized fvcked up generation did this to you younger guys. I really am.

Note. Don't go to Batman movies.

Malice just posted about this in anything else.

http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=196119

I'm always conflicted about the second amendment. Yes I believe in the right to bear arms, but also at the same time giving every single person that right also gives crazy people that same right who can use that privilege as a means to commit horrible acts of violence.

Yea, but the problem with this is that the bad guys are going to get their weapons regardless. To forbid law abiding normal folk the right to bear arms is just wrong.

I have a permit and I'm close to just stuffing my Colt .45 Commander in the back of my pants 24/7.

Wish somebody at the Batman movie had a .45 and smoked the guy. :trouble:

Maybe it's time to buy a gun. If someone in that theater had a gun they could have stopped him.

Those massacres happens because the bad guy is the only one armed no different than what happened in scandinavia few months ago.

If that guy were to start that in a shooting range they would have drilled the sh1t out of him after the first couple of shot.

I wonder why there are no shootings during a NRA meeting but they only happens in schools, cinemas and malls.

In before : retarded says:" lets take away the guns by law"...of course mr retarded lets make sure that only people that dont obey law will carry them.

True, but perhaps there should be stricter rules required for obtaining guns.

Maybe in order to own a gun, you must take self defense classes/martial arts and learn the rules/reasons of self defense/philosophy. Guns don't kill people, people kill people and if you can understand that you have the ability to end someone else's life in your hands, perhaps you'll find another solution before violence. Most people don't think things through before they act, like how many fathers were killed in that shooting who were the sole providers for their families, etc. The death of that one person ruined the livelihood of many others.

I think the right to bear arms was designed to obviously allow you to protect yourself/family from any threats, but the main threat it was designed for was against a so called tyrannical government that was taking away certain natural liberties. I'm just imagining if the Chinese in China had the right to bear arms, would the communist government still be in power today. Bad people are usually handled/dealt with by law enforcement/military, but when the military is going against what the common people want, and the common people are defenseless that's when the right to bear arms would be useful.

Law enforcement/military is there to take care of those so called bad guys/terrorist who can by those weapons off the black market. I still believe in the second amendment but perhaps there should be stricter rules that really push the gun owners to understand the meaning of self defense and not just shoot somebody who breaks into my house because they're trespassing.

Violence isn't owned by this country or your generation or mine. The world has always been a violent place. It has nothing to do with feminism or anything like that. It's just in our blood, unfortunately.

I know this site likes to blame women or feminism or whatever for all the ills of mankind, but this was a bit of a reach.

A crazy person killed a lot of people. That's all there is to the story. Can't outlaw craziness.

Won't disagree with what you have said but, I do feel that with the feminization of the 60's, the traditional family, upon which this society is based, began to decline and wither away. It continues to do so as we speak.

The Army teaches to "rush a near ambush." If everyone ran toward the guy and jumped on him, he would only be able to shoot one or two people. But human instinct is to panic and run away, making all of the people into easy targets.

The last thing I'd want is some concealed carry heroes pulling out guns and firing wildly into the crowded movie theater chaos, which is what would happen if enough people had guns. Then everyone is caught in the cross-fire, and bullets are hard enough to dodge from one direction instead of two or three.

And yes, rushing a guy with a gun is a little crazy, but I think it's safer than turning away to run and getting blocked by the crowd, only to get shot in the back running away and die a coward's death.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It's true. And this pickup movement that is encouraging guys to run their pump and dump numbers way up is just keeping girls on the c0ck carousel even longer. The loss of the traditional family really is a huge sign of the corruption and decay the US is experiencing.

But I do feel bad the way the baby boomer generation has messed things up, in just about every way possible - morally, economically, dealing with women. See Desdinova's thread on "The Screwed Generation". The US imprisons more of its population than any other country - biggest police state in the world. All the money wasted on the drug war, the real wars - being the world's policeman, etc. Running up debt irresponsibly, not protecting the borders, etc etc.

I think the concealed carry counter-offensive would have yielded fewer casualties though. Better that than a theater full of easy targets running away in full view of the gunman.

We need to merge this thread with the one in Anything Else.

The U.S. was ALWAYS corrupted.

So was human nature, and it's been corrupt for 1,000 times longer than the US has existed.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

yep.

this is what i meant. I feel like many posters keep saying that things suck today due to events in the 20th century.

but things have always been bad.

Its like saying "things were better back in the good old days" when the old days were never that great to begin with.

But how the fvck do us young guys get experience without the pump and dump cycle?

It's kind of like a job catch 22. You need experience to get the job. You need jobs for experience.

We need to be good with women to get one. But in today's age we also need to get many women to be good with women. I realize it fvcks things over... but what exactly are we supposed to do? We need to go through lots of women to cut through all the sh!t tests, their mannerisms, their games, all to try and find one person that we truly feel compatible with and they feel compatible with us because in today's age nobody settles.

When they say love is war this is what they mean. We go through countless people breaking hearts and breaking our own all to find that one person who ends up not being what we want and then cause our generation likes to run at the first sign of trouble, breakups and divorce happens. Then we log onto a website like this and the only consolatory advice given is "next"
