This is likely true, but the value slippage is so low that it might even be imperceptible at 30 or 35. Women might not be able to get committments from the elite level men as they age, but plenty of beta males will commit to a 35 year old. Some betas are even fine with a 35 year old with kids. These days, a woman in her 30s has a ton of options if she uses a swipe apps. If you were a 30-35 year old single, childless woman in 1990, you would only get dates if you took yourself out to bars or other private/semi-private events multiple days a week OR had a a good social circle. Today, all you need to find dates at that age is installing a swipe app and/or using Instagram.
