Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Yeah, regardless, my post was out-of-line and retarded; I wasn't in the best mood.MikeBrown30 said:They both have decent size, it might have been the off-season for bodybuilding comps when they shot this video. Hence the high bodyfat level, not sure if the Asian guy competes though.
Wow you're pretty racist. Do you partake in any clan meetings?AF77 said:Yeah, regardless, my post was out-of-line and retarded; I wasn't in the best mood.
That being said, the asian guy is a joke; look at his website. Look at his physique.
The bodybuilder gets respect whether he juices or not; and I'd bet anything he knows wwwaaayyy more about training/diet/excercise than the asian guy.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Why are you doing this? Are you so insecure about your tips for getting women and getting in shape that you have to post your vids claiming that it's your "friend." Just sing it loud and proud.nerdboy10000 said:Very impressive considering what he had to work with.
You my friend are an idiot.
Words of experience. Props!Drum&Bass said:you know I remember giving muscle guy a bunch of sh!t because of his post about benching, but as I look back I realize there are different styles to doing everything, and I actually bench with protracted and retracted shoulders for different reasons and different effects.
There really is no right or wrong way to bench. There is only what you are trying to achieve and what is the best way to achieve it with zero injury rate.
I JUDGED him based on A ) His physique, B ) His writing, C ) His "Tips"nerdboy10000 said:This guy has some good size considering his bone structure. Look at his frame.

Also, this article is from westside training, the premier powerlifting team in the world. You are not supposed to deadlift on a regular basis.
Looks like that "Asian Guy" knows his stuff. You shouldn't judge him on his race.

Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Post a pic of your physique.AF77 said:I'm a fitness model, and I've been a "personal trainer" and been "certified" through ACE, which doesn't mean **** when it comes to teaching people.
Who said anything about special? Fitness model = Lowest bodyfat + Maximum Muscle + Asthetically pleasing + Most of The Year.blinkwatt101 said:Post a pic of your physique.
A lot people are 'models',but really aren't special one bit.
When you go around touting, 'I'm a fitness model' and such to validate your position against another, I would think you'd provide some form of evidence that what you have done contains more weight then another position.AF77 said:Who said anything about special? If only new people understood that.Drum&Bass said:There really is no right or wrong way to bench. There is only what you are trying to achieve and what is the best way to achieve it with zero injury rate.
Good for you.AF77 said:I JUDGED him based on A ) His physique, B ) His writing, C ) His "Tips"

And my last girlfriend, of 8 months, was asian.
If he was black, I would have said "The black guy". It's not ****ing racist to distinguish someone based on their ethnic origin. I'm a WHITE guy.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
WTF?aolsuxs said:I think you may have over reacted a bit there nerd boy (it is a personal pet peeve of mine when people call out other people's actions as racist when they really aren't, nothing personal) in calling in AF racist and although I agree with the points he made I think as others have said, if you make a claim being a fitness model to solidify your point then you should post pics although it seems a little weird asking for a supposed male fitness model to post his pics..
