A trump is the thing that "trumps" everything else. It what wins you tricks. It is the backup plan, the power-move, and the big-dawg in cards.

Nomatter what you're doing during the seduction of a woman always remember that your trump card is your partial unavailability. This means that she can never know (at least in the early to middle stages of a relationship, that she can have you). Women, and people in general, want what they can't have.
