"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hi guys this is the follow up story to the ***** who dumped me, she's back again to make me feel bad and fustrated with myself

while i was in msn, i forgot to block her emails, she started to ask me if i was ok, i said i'm fine and everything is better then ever, the she asked what are you doing in life, i said i'm busy, i have more time to be with my friends and ppl that love me as i am, now if u will excuse i got important stuff to do. i basically ignored her... she was pissed and she started asking if i knew some email and some questions about it, i didn't reply and told her to basically dont bother me

here's what she said

She: Hey, u are being plain stupid, i don't wanna argue with you

Me: I dont have time to argue with you

She. Ok, you wanna pass to the stupidity mode while i just wanna be your friend, ok then do it, but i just wanna you to know this: you basically told me now that i dont mean anything to you anymore and that's disgusting, because to me, you mean a LOT, but i dumped you and now you dont wanna admit that iam not indifferent to to u, u know better than me, that what we had as good for the both of us, you don't wanna admit it so im not going to say nothing more. Why can't we be friends like 2 normal people?

Me: You lost your chance, now back off and get out of my world you are history. avoid all contact with me.

She: I missed my chance? ( then here she started to try to hurt my feelings and saying stuff that are not true ). Your friends told me that you were too childish to speak to me after i've dumped you, you really are a loser, a useless guy, no one respects you, not me, not even your friends, nor anyone. You really are a very sad person. It hurts to be dumped doesnt it, i can feel your pain ( laughs ) then she blocked me.

Me: Me, again being stupid, go to her with another msn and tell her to **** off, calling fat ugly *****, i dont want you for sex, nor friendship, dont ever contact me again. You really think i can't live without you don't you, well, you are gonna have a surprise. There are plenty of fish in the sea, girls 30 x better than you are, now get the **** outta my life.

She: You really are stupid, i don't want sex you, i dont want u back, i dont want anything from you, i just wanted to be your friend thats all.I can really have better guys than you do.

Me: blocked her in all my other emails.

Well, this is truly what happened, translated from portuguese to english, sorry if english is not my mother language and for the lenght of the message. Somebody here told in another topic this happens quite a bit, you ex coming back just to **** with your head, and trying to put you down. Well guys, what she said hurted me and its still hurting me, but i think i fought her mind game the best i could...

any comments would be appreciated

ps: btw a hot girl some days ago told me while in web cam i was cute, some others said i was not their type. Yesterday i went clubbing with a friend and from a group of 3 girls this particular attractive curly hair girl was always checking me and giggling and talking to her friends ears, she was even dancing side by side with me and her and my friend. i dont know if this happen to you, if it means anything or not, but in my head i think she digged me. i will never know that cuz my levels of self-esteem are still down and i was afraid, i admit, i was afraid of rejection. but i will be there the next saturday and monday i will hit the gym since a long time ( 1 year ) hyatus, also i'm taking my drivers licence.

thanks to you all

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

excellent work my friend, you ditched your ex; remember, a man acts in the present and looks forward into the future, not back into the past.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

you would have been better to just not reply.

"be the bigger man, walk away"

it certainly applys to this.

argueing is communicating, communicating can lead anywhere.

not communicating, you know exactly where that'll lead. -forgetting. moving on.
