I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
This is totally false. But, really! Come on! If a girl really likes you she NEVER pulls back. I've dated lots of women. ONLY the ones who DID NOT have true, high interest in me would pull back. Whether she does this as a test or because she's not interested, who needs her crap? It doesn't matter. I say NEXT her and find a girl who really likes you. Life is too short to waste your time with a girl who "pulls back", unless like Jake said, she is truly busy. Otherwise it's a lot more fun to have a girl who really likes you. And trust me, if she really likes you, She WILL NOT "pull back".
.
Good video's Neill. This might be true when she first meets you and it comes to getting your first date, but 2-3 months in, this is absolutely false in the relationship stage. Every girl, every time at some point will pull away, if only to test you. Women are moody. Women are not 100% predictable forever. Their feelings change like the weather.
Now, the dark side of the pullback. The pullback means she caught feelings for someone else.
The pullback means she isn't the kind of girl who can have multiple lovers at once, so it's a good sign. She goes from being really into you to being really into another guy so there is a huge difference.

Good to hear. I can definitely resonate with the toughened up part. That's the beauty of anything that can hurt you or make you disappointed - It toughens and enlightens you.@Floydispink01, my girl left me for her middle school sweetheart in June and I walked away. One of the toughest things I ever did, leaving her within hours. But it toughened me up, I lost weight and she came back to me 7 weeks later (we went 14 weeks without seeing eachother). She was totally sexually frustrated (for all of you saying young women want young men). Now she keeps saying she just wants to make me happy.
Some here would argue that I'm in a weaker position but I disagree. I am in a MUCH stronger position. We withstood the test of time. Back in the 1980's women had a saying "If you love something set it free, and if it comes back, love it forever". This is what they meant. They mean "Give me the space to choose you".
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
