I have resistance bands now I wish I would have used them somewhere very underrated just like the kettle bell

Pros: Changes resistance curve of movements

Cons: Progressive overload is stunted

Hi Eli,
Yes I have used Bands,In my case Springs for 60+years...As a young Man before Weights and
Home Gyms became affordable they were the only alternative to body weight exercise...With a full
home Gym at my disposal I still use them as supplementary exercise most days...Pre-Covid I used to
travel in Asia and the Middle East for three months of the year...If Gyms are not an option then how
else is one to maintain fitness?...Where I think Office Workers could find them useful is at work, where
as little as ten minutes in some quiet spot will clear the brain and help energise you to cope with the
drudgery of the days toil...Don't see them as an alternative to proper work outs but as an adjunct!

I love them too and think them superior to weights.
