"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

The trend I noticed amongst all my friends that I keep nowadays. who are all fairly new friends that I met 2018 or more recent, is that we are all guys who develop ourselves constantly, --constantly working on ourselves, whether in the gym, doing cold plunges ( i dont do these)/ice baths, utilizing sauna, meditation, avid readers, spiritual practices, constant education towards further financial success and literacy, most of us are involved in business.. etc.. These are all guys who also spent years in the nightlife, guys who also utilized the power of networking to further themselves like I did..

We had a nice cigar circle today and just talked about different topics like we usually do, mostly about the upcoming NFL (American Football) season, UFC/Boxing, BUsiness but also the mind.. The topic that came up was sharpening the sword that is our mental space. It somewhat delved into psychology talking about Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, but also Neurolinguistic programming and the power of positive self talk, Meditation, the power of goal setting, journaling, planning.. While it wasn't as boring as I made it sound and was much more nuanced -- It lead to us coming back to this idea ---
how when we were all still climbing that ladder of life and becoming the men we are today, we attracted certain quality of people who matched our vibration (an unideal one at times) and now that we're all in good places in life and real respectable/admirable people in terms of our success, masculinity, garnering respect, the way we hold ourselves, the balance we keep , the activities we excel at, and things we've accomplished.. we've somehow cultivated this circle of friends that resonates with all these core beliefs that make us so strong mentally.

I know its not easy for some.. and there are plenty of distractions today that will waste your time, and plenty of vices, but I think the major thing I want to relay with this post is : Think of your mind as a sword.. you can either keep it dull and weak and soft or you can sharpen it into a Ginsu/Katana like sword that chops through any obstacles and never gets dull. The more you sharpen that sword that is your mind, the better it can be used to chisel away at your statue and free yourself of imperfections, vices, and parts of you that are not benefiting you.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Wonderfull post OP this thread should have 100 replies
This has been my focus the last few weeks as I have been dealing with hardships reframing negative emotions into positive.
A lot of us need to realize our minds are far more powerful than we can comprehend we can literally create our own realities
This world is not easy an especially for men and if you're paying attention to what is happening globally i.e. economics, another election, inflation etc times are about to get harder

Once again great posts OP
