“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Affirmation is basically a psychological tool that uses your subconscious mind to change your behavior by instructing it to become what you want it to become, which ends up changing your behaviors over time(sometimes unknowingly) to meet your end goal over time...

Here is some info regarding them:
http://www.theemotionmachine.com/the-science-of-self-affirmations

Now, what does this have to do with you and your ability with women? Well, potentially a lot. When your mind hears something repeatedly, it begins to believe it and starts actively molding your behaviors to fit what it believes, sometimes without you consciously even realizing it.

Here is one that I have used myself and I feel it has definitely helped out with my mindset and actions...if you do it daily you will start to notice subtle changes over time that will help you quite a bit. Just my two cents, give it a try. There are quite a few of them out there, but I think the overall message of this is pretty good.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

those can help, but you really have to believe what youre saying and then it will be effective. thats the problem people run into.
theres so many people out there that say things to themselves, but wont alter their attitude.

No they are not a waste of time.

Not everyone was lucky enough to have a perfect little child hood like yourself.

Perfect? Hardly. Mom and dad split up when I was 2, she's been a substance abuser almost her entire life. I was thrown back and forth between 2 homes, my mom changed boyfriends all the time. Lots of arguing and fighting, emotional abuse, threats, traumatic memories etc.

I've tried everything the world of self-improvement has to offer and struggled as fvck with this sh!t. I've been through depression, anxiety and could probably be diagnosed with some woo-woo mental disorder. I don't know because I never checked it, and neither do I give a fvck because I'm the one who has to live with myself anyways.

I've been subject to and have played pretty much all of these silly games. I ask myself, do I really have to convince or fool myself into doing what I know I inevitably is going to do anyways? It's a waste of time.

I forgot to mention that its much more effective to close your eyes while doing this and visualize what is being said. Since the mind cannot differentiate between what is real and what is imagined, it begins to believe that what you are visualizing is actually occuring and will subconsciously project it

Visualization is hardly a waste of time. Study after study shows it is extremely effective. For instance, in one study they had half the participants practice shooting free throws every day for an hour for a month. The other group simply visualized themselves shooting and making free throws for an hour for a month. At the end of the month, they tested which group did better. Both improved significantly from their initial percentages but there was NO difference between the groups. The ones who visualized did as well as those who practiced each day. Hundreds of similsr studies show the same results

There is a reason why the best athletes visualize themselves succeeding in the biggest moments

Just say what you want and go after it. Mind games are wasting your time.

I agree marmel, with the value of these affirmations but I found this one to be a bit too "philosophical", seemingly requiring the engagement of the conscious mind to comprehend the points being made.

I might try it later with my eyes closed and without the currents distractions.

I seem to resonate with the simpler ones which consist of short, simple phrases that are easy to digest. It's all good though. The more we expose ourselves to positive statements the more those attitudes will seep in and become part of us.

Regarding pure affirmations, there is some evidence to suggest that basic affirmations in the sense "I am confident with women" don't work.

Especially if the point you are coming from is so far away from where you want to go. In this case, you just aren't likely to believe the statement "Women become dripping wet around me" if you are a virgin or have difficulty even speaking to women.

What I have seen that can be useful is modifying the affirmative statement into something like, "I AM BECOMING more confident around women" or whatever it is you wish to affirm.

I don't want to sound like a infomercial but some dude Noah St. John also produces these audio "Afformations" in which the positive statement is phrased into a question, such as "Why do I feel so great today?" with the idea being that your subconscious mind is not going to reject a question, but likely finish it. Personally, I have found these useful.

In terms of developing affirmations, visualisation and mental training etc into your everyday life, I found this book excellent
http://www.amazon.co.uk/10-Minute-T...14&sr=8-1&keywords=10+minute+confidence+sport

It's written from a sports perspective and focuses on queing phrases, visualisation etc, but could easily be applied to any perspective.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

This is a good thread. I use affirmation, will start using 'closed eyes' as stated in one of the posts above.

Its great that you don't need these 'techniques' and that you can just do it. Its a shame, its not like that for others including me.

You don't need a perfect happy childhood in order for things to your way. Sometimes the fact you are fvcked is what provides the motivation etc to do what you want to do. You look at some of these artists, they are only able to do it because they feel sh!t, would someone like Van Gough paint like the way they did if they were on top of the world? It provides the emotional impetus to work their magic.

I agree on visualization and the fact that the human mind can't differentiate imagined and real too well. I'll be honest and say I've played around very much with this idea, maybe I've just made a habit of thinking a way that ensures my success. Indeed my hard times have been the seed of a whole lot of creativity, I take my sense of on the edge humor from it.

I have a habit of crushing my excuses to pieces. I hate making excuses more than any consequence of my actions, because excuses have ruined me more than anything.

If Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Wayne Gretzky, Jerry Rice, Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and many of the other great athletes all do visualization seeing themselves in the big moments and succeeding then I'm pretty sure it works
