You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I put those in a shake every morning. Kale, cucumber, celery, grapes, apples, bananas and water. I don't do spinach because I eat enough of that as it is, I like the taste.only thing I would add to the thread is the importance of vegetables kale spinach cucumber and celery should be part of any diet as they help reduce acidity in the body
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
been letting a 21 y/o girl live with me. I like waking up to a nice pair or t!ts in my face.
That is more money than I spend on groceries by a good bit. I see people in the store using their EBT to buy mostly junk food and ringing up 100 dollar orders with it and I never go above $50 with my orders (which are mostly containing very low fat foods and lots of veggies). It just bamboozles me. Oatmeal is cheap, carrots are cheap, skim milk is cheap, bananas are very cheap... Lack of finances is no excuse for having an unhealthy diet. It is just a cop out.I just bought what felt like more groceries than I have ever purchased at once. The cart was full and hard to push. It was barely $100. The card had 1.5 months on it when it came, so there's still $400 on it. This is absurd. The two of us can't each this much food if we tried.
The food welfare system is a marriage of the corporate food producers and the government. The former gets free taxpayer money and the latter gets power over the people connected to the system. I was rooting for the state of Illinois to go out of business; we're right on the brink of doing so right now. But then I wouldn't get mah welfares. This is what keeps the masses from storming the Bastille.
The cost of healthcare is killing this country right now. No one seems to know why. I think the food welfare system is largely to blame. The corporations peddle the highest profit margin food they can, which ends up being the least healthy. People are too stupid, lazy, and spoiled to just buy healthy cheap food and cook it, like in all of history until now. Instead they buy convenience carbs, everyone gets obese, and then later it's a big surprise when we have health problems?
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
