You probably do most of these things anyway but it's important that you write the list and add to it as things get easier (it's cool to put things that once scared you on this list).
It could become a huge motivator of how far you've come, and a constant reminder of not letting them creep up into the harder list.

Mine looked a little like this when I first came here: Get laid, maybe get a girlfriend, get ripped, get a job, fix my car, learn PUA etc.
These are genuine goals and the ultimate goal of this list is to move it down to 'Shi> I could do, if I felt like it'.
The list accounts for every advice seeking thread in Sosuave.
Set some goals as well as having Seduction specific ones.
In summary: Cut the cra> and bring everything below 5, on the effort scale.
You can achieve a lot.
