Pook was never misogynistic, as a matter of fact none of his posts even came close to displaying hatred of women. It was a bullsh!t throwaway accusation just to be confrontational for confrontational's sake by that old cluster B with penis envy wyldfire in one of her "look at me, look at me" posts. At the time she had an assortment of 2 or 3 faggy estrogenado's following all her posts who ran with it. A few posters even challenged her to quote where this supposed breakdown of pook actually happened, obviously she never could.

Fast forward about 1 or 2 years and it had snowballed into pook's big meltdown where he was pushing the boundaries of sanity and had turned to the "darkside" :crackup: . In short it never happened.

Absolutely right. As much as I love "The Book of Pook", I was unable to make it through even 1/4 of Pook's blog. I understand he wanted to do some "deeper writing", but I just couldn't get into it. I am always leery of these sweeping, blanket social statements that writers love to make -- probably because I've had my own personal experiences in life with women, and I have found most of the time these statements are simply not true on the interpersonal level.

I'm afraid the Pook of old is long gone. Sure, the guy may be sitting somewhere sipping a coffee, but I don't believe he is the same person who wrote the "Ooh La-La" post those many years ago.

Mate, becoming socially and culturally aware, seeing feminism as the cancer it is and having concern for his own gender is hardly "misogynistic". Are you for real? Sounds to me you may need a bit of deprogramming yourself.

I accept that you don't read this forum much, in which case it was NOT a copycat. It was however unorginal and not any less so than what georgie said.

Georgie can barely string a sentence together without sounding like a whiney preteen girl. All I asked of him and anyone else is that if you are going to contribute to the thread, please do it in an intelligent and respectful manner. You for some reason took issue with that and decided to respond with childish ad hominem.

If you want to catch up you can do a user search for Burroughs, Mr Tits, Zarky, Atom Smasher, and Boilermaker's recent furious debates on the topic, as well as my own. Of course if you don't read here much Which is what makes the following so bizzare:
